In modern windsurfing systems, rotating components are becoming more and more complex, transmitting electrical signals as well as introducing pneumatic, hydraulic and even high-speed optical signals. How to integrate the transmission of these different media and at the same time maintain stable, efficient and safe operation of the equipment? This is the “problem” faced by many engineers. But now, this problem has been easily cracked.

LPPG030-03L-0816-17S-03E2, JINPAT’s gas-liquid integrated slip ring, is an integrated solution specially designed for this kind of demanding scenario. It is not only a slip ring, but also the “central nerve” and “energy vessel” of the sail system, which achieves extraordinary performance with extreme design.

Unlike the traditional slip ring which can only handle a single medium, this product realizes the synchronous rotary transmission of gas, liquid, electric and optical signals, which is truly a four-in-one system. While simplifying the structure, the system has faster response, more accurate control and more stable operation. In order to cope with the changing challenges of the offshore environment, it adopts stainless steel shell, corrosion-resistant, impact-resistant, and has IP66 protection level, fearless of wind, waves and sea spray.
