In the industry, slip rings, as key components for transmitting power and control signals, are widely used in various mechanical devices. It is a device that transmits rotation signals or electricity to stationary components, also known as rotary electrical contacts or rotary joints. One of these specially designed slip rings for cranes is the product model LPTS 000-0430-1505. This product meets the requirements of 85-ton crane models, and has an internal anti-vibration structure to ensure high durability, suitable for use in construction machinery environments. After the introduction of this series of structures, JINPAT slip ring specially designed for cranes has become a series of products with strong anti-vibration and dust-proof performance, excellent adaptability to the environment and low maintenance requirements.

In terms of electrical performance, this device can transmit large current while supporting multiple signal channels. It achieves mixed power and signal transmission at the same time, including power, normal signals, CAN bus signals and more. In terms of materials, to ensure normal operation in the temperature range from minus 40 degrees Celsius to a maximum of 85 degrees Celsius, JINPAT has selected special wires, connectors and hole sealing materials. In terms of maintenance efficiency, to meet the dust and moisture resistance requirements of the crane, this customized product has an IP65 protection level. In addition, the surface of the product is covered with easy-draining gravel lime. The gaps between the gravel particles facilitate water penetration and drainage, preventing water from accumulating at the bottom of buildings and reducing moisture damage to structures.

These include products integrating traditional high-current modules and low-current modules, and special products integrating high-current modules and fiber optic slip rings.
