As a leader in the production of slip rings, JINPAT also has high technical achievements in the field of carbon brush slip rings. As for the high-power collector rings, the products with higher voltage and larger single current are relatively difficult to manufacture. Unlike many collector rings on the market that are made directly of electric wood, the high-power collector rings from JINPAT often adopt an empty frame structure. When transmitting power, the carbon brush contacts the copper ring, generating a large amount of heat. In order to ensure good heat dissipation, we will manufacture the collector ring into a suspended structure similar to the frame structure of the tower. When this type of collector ring needs to transmit signals, optical fiber slip rings are added, allowing the collector ring to transmit current and power, as well as transmit data.
At present, JINPAT has successfully supplied large-power collector rings, including the super giant with a single current of 4000A, a total product volume of nearly 10m3 and a package volume of more than 13m3, and the large-power through-hole collector rings with a single current of only 1000VAC but a transmission capacity of 1MW. Two of JINPAT’s large-power collector rings are designed for all-electric rotary motors. The first one has been used for many years, while the second one with a capacity of 1 megawatt has recently passed various navigation tests such as DP and FEMALE.

JINPAT LPA000-034000-01 PE-0606-72S-11L-01 A is a very typical integrated collector ring product for gas-liquid module with high power and low electric current, and the optoelectronic integrated products are represented by LPA000-0250-01PE-FO04 and LPA000-1484-04FO-EX. In addition to these two typical products, JINPAT also provides a variety of multi-module integrated collector rings applied to various fields. These products have single or multiple functions in terms of vibration resistance, high protection level and explosion proof.
