In addition to integrating high-power modules into slip rings designed for new electrical engineering equipment, JINPAT also integrates weak signal modules or multi-channel optoelectronic slip rings according to customer requirements.

The newly developed high-current integrated 32-channel fiber optic slip ring is a significant breakthrough in JINPAT’s product development. This product is an innovative slip ring that integrates hollow shaft, large current, multi-channel fiber optic transmission and high protection. It is suitable for applications requiring high current and multi-channel signal transmission, with a high level of protection and mechanical performance suitable for complex working environments.

The product boasts several outstanding features. Firstly, it supports a high current capacity of 400A for 12 channels. Secondly, it integrates 32 channels of fiber optics, providing convenience for transmitting multiple signals, especially in situations requiring multi-channel communication. With an IP66 protection rating, it can work in harsh environmental conditions, reliably protecting the internal components from dust and water damage. In addition, it supports four sets of signal transmission, each set is capable of transmitting 32 channels of multi-mode fiber optic signals, meeting the transmission requirements of complex signals. Applied to large cable reels, it supports the transition of conductors from small to large cross-sectional areas, meeting various cable requirements. Its mechanical performance is excellent, allowing it to work at various speeds. During installation, it can be easily fixed on the spindle supplied by the customer with screws, ensuring excellent electrical signal transmission and durability while meeting the requirements of conventional signal transmission, providing a reliable solution for various applications.

This slip ring plays a crucial role in the built-in cable winding equipment, ensuring the reliability of the equipment, the transmission of multiple signals and high efficiency. The application of this innovative product from JINPAT enables large cable reels to perform various complex cable winding and unwinding tasks, performing exceptionally well under various working conditions.
