In modern life, video surveillance systems are installed to monitor a particular area in real time. These systems are used for traffic monitoring, cooperative security and even for civilian use. A dome CCTV camera is the most common surveillance device. The camera can rotate 360 degrees to capture real-time images and bring the data back to the center of the monitor. To avoid restriction from supply wires, a slip ring is installed to provide power and signal transmission in the dome surveillance camera. Since there is a need to transmit high resolution images, stricter slip ring standards are applied.
