Conductive slip rings are widely used as an indispensable part in electromechanical and other industries, which leads to the production of various models of slip rings to meet the market demand. JINPAT is an advanced slip ring manufacturer in China, which has provided thousands of solutions for customers at home and abroad. Among these solutions, there are some rare and new applications in our daily life. First of all, let’s start with a familiar product, the monitor. As an important part of the computer, the monitor is usually placed on the desk. There are two interfaces, one for power and the other for video signal, which are connected to the power line and video line respectively.
Sometimes customers design their products creatively, for example, they mount a monitor on a rotating platform, in which case conductive slip rings are required. Conductive slip rings are used to connect multiple circuits separated by a power line and a video line. If the monitor is connected to a DP line, the conductive slip ring used must integrate one DP HD video signal channel, which is the same for DVI and HIMI products.
When it comes to the same use of conductive slip rings manufactured by JINPAT, the solution is more complex. It combines two current channels: one to access the HDMI 1080P signal at 60 frames per second, and one for the USB2.0 signal. Due to the limitation of HDMI signal transmission, the conductive slip ring can only support a monitor with a maximum resolution of 1080p. This model takes the form of the standard product, LPM-30B, and the product model is LPM-30B-HD01-U2-0203.
