It is the key apparatus of various precision rotary work tables, electrical test instruments, manufacturing and process control instruments.

The LPS-04 separate slip ring is a standard off-the-shelf device that utilises gold contacts on the rotating interface. Colour coded wires are used on the stator and rotor to simplify electrical connections.

By utilising a 90° V-groove design for each ring, the LPS-04A provides smoother running, lower torque and less electrical noise than competitor slip rings.
