Most balloons, such as high-altitude research balloons and airships that operate in deep space, will be equipped with research capsules, and the capsules will be equipped with many high-precision instruments and equipment for scientific research. Among them is the aerostat orientation control system, its orientation control system is generally adapted to the corresponding conductive contact ring. The orientation of an aerostat of this type can generally be controlled by a ground control station, and aerostats used in adjacent spaces, especially heavy-lift aerostats, can be equipped with various electrical contact rings.

This product is specially developed by JEPAT in accordance with GJB technical standards related to the adjacent space environment. The level of integration is very high and the technology is currently exclusive in China. Its product model is LPT000-02200-08180-1060-2110-2710-2701- 22S-FO02-HF02, which integrates a high power power supply module (270VAC voltage), a low current signal module, an optical signal module and an RF signal module, among which the optical signal module uses a 2-way multi-mode sliding ring made of optical fiber, the operating frequency of its RF signal module is 1.2~1.65GHz, this module uses the connection method of ordinary sliding ring instead of using a special high-frequency rotary ring.
Although this conductive slip ring has large size and many functions, its protection level has reached IP65. To ensure the reliability of the product, it has a special design, and each module is physically isolated separately, and the signal noise immunity is high. This makes this integrated slip ring able to prevent vibration and shock at the same time, and meets EMC requirements. In addition to this multi-modular large-scale integrated slip ring, JEPAT also has a large number of small-scale integrated conductive slip rings. These products are mainly used in high-altitude and adjacent space hovering balloons and airships for scientific research, and the integrated functions are also various.
