In order for plants and food to survive in the desert, automatic irrigation devices are necessary. Thus, the contact rings installed in the devices also make a great contribution to combating desertification.
For conventional automatic irrigation devices, there is a solution that sprays water from a tank to the surrounding area through truss irrigators. Due to design limitations, the truss with these permits can only move in a semicircle around the tank, which is a defect of concern for the slip ring manufacturer. After using the slip rings, the coverage area of the automatic irrigation system will double. However, adding slip rings will not significantly increase the cost of the entire system. The reason is that a standard slip ring can be applied directly in such an irrigation system. The water supply booster motor can be equipped with a standard contact ring with a 10A or 15A 3-way cap, and the contact ring for gas and liquid can be selected according to the number of sprinkler heads. Since JINPAT provides a modular combination of standard cap type slip ring and gas and liquid slip ring, the price of this modular slip ring combination is relatively economical.
When it comes to a gas-liquid slip ring used in an irrigation system, a customized high-flow slip ring that utilizes a single channel is another choice to solve the aforementioned problem. Other conductive slip rings can be integrated with a customized gas-liquid sling ring. Compared to the standard modular combination solution presented above, this solution proves to be more flexible, except that the product delivery time is slightly longer.
