First, radar and cell phone antennas have high-precision conductive slip rings. Radar is a target recognition and navigation device used on warships to identify air and sea targets, guide and indicate missiles and naval guns to engage enemy targets and avoid collisions while underway. On the move, it is a satellite communications and navigation device on warships. Whether it is radar or mobile communication, if it has a 360° rotation function, it is necessary to install high-precision conductive slip rings. Of course, some warships also have inertial navigation systems, and some inertial navigation systems also require support for high-precision conductive slip rings. As radio equipment, the high-precision conductive slip rings used in radar and mobile communication antennas are mainly high-frequency power integrated slip rings. Of course, in some smaller navigation radar systems with simpler functions, traditional electrical slip rings are also used to solve signal and power transmission problems to save costs.
