Let’s take a look at a super miniature slip ring specially designed for robotic arms in the manufacturing industry. This is a special type of slip ring developed based on the JINPAT LPMS super miniature slip ring. An additional aluminium alloy support is added to facilitate its installation and operation on robotic arms. Typical slip ring models are LPMS-04A and LPMS-06A.
In contrast to small robotic devices, medium/large industrial robots have higher requirements for slip rings. The ability to transmit special signals, fluid and gas is also required in industrial manufacturing robots. And most of these robots tend to have long operating times. Therefore, slip rings must be versatile and reliable enough in their characteristics to be installed in these kinds of devices.
