To begin with, JINPAT Electronics has produced many heavy-duty integrated slip rings designed for cranes. For example, the LPT200-0430-0210- 06S is a large current slip ring with a large center through hole. It uses aluminum alloy as the housing. The special construction design and processing technology provide good protection for the internal structure. With IP67 standard, this built-in slip ring is waterproof and can function smoothly even in harsh environment. There are 4 30A power channels, 2 10A power channels and 3 5A power channels, 4 CANBUS channels and 1 throttle signal channel. Sufficient power channels and their bandwidth guarantee a slip ring with excellent rotational drive. In addition, the module design and special insulation layers can guarantee interference-free and stable power and signal transmission.
