As a very important category of slip rings, RF slip rings are indispensable in radio engineering and other fields. As the first private slip ring manufacturer in China, Shenzhen JINPAT Electronics has also developed two series of high frequency slip rings, one is LPCC series, the other is LPHF series. They have different names and slightly different shapes.
JINPAT LPHF is integrated with the electric current collector in most cases. Such integrated products are mainly used in radar systems, mobile communication systems and electronic countermeasures. Of course, some civil products, such as special medical testing equipment, also need LPHF high-frequency slip ring. However, the JINPAT LPCC series high-frequency slip ring only has one channel. Unlike LPHF, which is completely covered with aluminum alloy, LPCC series products only add a protective shell outside the friction system of the slip ring.
Due to the simple structure of the LPCC series slip ring, its volume is also very small, so it can even be integrated into a slip ring with a diameter of less than 20mm. Among the integrated LPCC series slip rings, it is worth mentioning the JINPAT LPC-1C series, which directly inserts the LPCC series slip rings into the via hole of the JINPAT LPC-T to become a completely new product. Since the LPCC series slip rings can use 50 ohm and 75 ohm wires, the LPCC-1C series products can transmit both HD video signals and radio signals.
Recently, JINPAT Electronics developed an integrated product of LPCC series slip ring, model LPT000-0310-E3-1C. The product integrates three 10A power rings, one Gigabit Ethernet signal path and one radio signal path. The current path uses an unusual method that the two ends of the wire are connected with the plug and female heads of the power lines, the Gigabit Ethernet path uses a CAT6 network cable, and the radio signal path uses an LPCC slip ring with a 50 ohm resistance wire outside. connected with an SMA connector. Due to the small volume, the maximum average power of the high-frequency slip ring is only 5W.
