Information

As a common high-speed signal in the slip ring industry, Ethernet signals can be transmitted almost losslessly in hollow shaft slip rings with a maximum aperture of 300 mm. However, this technology is unique to JINPAT Electronics. As for other domestic slip ring manufacturers, they may not be able to achieve such technical capabilities. However, the 300 mm aperture is only for 100 meters of Ethernet signals. The aperture range for lossless transmission of Gigabit Ethernet signals is smaller. At present, it supports transmission in slip rings with a maximum opening of 180 mm.

JINPAT Electronics recently released a new slip ring with an embedded Ethernet signal on a broken shaft with a hole larger than 100 mm. The hole diameter ranges from 110 to 140 mm. The models are arranged in order of increasing hole diameter from large to small: LPT140-1405-05E3, LPT130 -0812-08 SE2-02E3, LPT124-0410-0306- 01E2, LPT110-0715-1002- E2, LPT100-0610-01E2.

Among these new through-hole slip rings from JAPAN, LPT140-1405-05E3 has the highest signal transmission capability because it integrates 5 Gigabit Ethernet signal channels. Since its working voltage is only 130VAC and the power circuit part only supports 5A current per channel, the power transmission capability of this device is relatively weak among these several products. In addition to the special electrical characteristics and signal transmission characteristics, JAPAN LP 140-1405-05E3 is also a product with an outstanding protection level. When installed vertically, it can reach the IP54 level, and is also a product with outstanding performance.
