Industrial Ethernet is a network communication protocol widely used in industry, which achieves real-time control, monitoring and diagnostics using high-speed data transmission technology. One of the key components is the Industrial Ethernet slip ring, which ensures stable and efficient data transmission for industrial Ethernet communication. Designed for 250MHz signals, the Industrial Ethernet slip ring can transmit 100M/1000m Ethernet signals with the advantages of stable transmission, no packet loss, no crosstalk, low return loss and low insertion loss. In addition, the Industrial Ethernet slip ring also has high resistance to hand interference and supports POE. It can mix power channels and signal channels to simultaneously transmit multi-channel low and medium frequency signals and currents.
According to the installation location of the monitoring equipment, Industrial Ethernet slip rings are available in various profiles, including LPC cap and LPT hollow shaft slip rings. The hollow shaft slip ring can be designed with a maximum opening of 80mm, and other sizes can be customized upon request. Jingpei Industrial Ethernet slip rings are supplied with CAT Super 5 cable up to 2 meters long.
The industrial Ethernet slip ring is widely used in high-definition video surveillance systems and can support data transmission between high-definition rotating cameras and control platforms. Its transmission resolution can reach more than 1920X1080, which complies with the HDTV HDTV standard and provides an effective solution for full-motion real-time image transmission.
