JINPAT’s drone slip ring products feature compact size, light weight, and vibration resistance to provide reliable support for stable drone operation. Among them, the LPMS ultra-micro slip ring has an outer diameter of only 4.5mm and a rotational torque of less than 0.6 N-mm, making it widely applicable in the drone slip ring market. Typical products include IPC-24A-0210-4S-HD 01, LPKS038-0210 and LPMS-12U, which meet the needs of various types of drones.
The lPC-24A-0210-4S-HD01 contact ring offers an excellent level of protection, effectively resisting environmental influences, be it dust or humidity. Its operating temperature range is from -20°C to 60°C, ensuring normal drone operation in harsh cold mountain or hot desert conditions. The engineering plastic housing and aluminum alloy contacts increase reliability while reducing cost and drone payload, providing stable power and signal transmission for high-speed rotating components. Its contacts are made of precious metals, further enhancing electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance, extending the life of the slip ring and making it one of the best options for many drone manufacturers.
The LPMS-12U contact ring also performs well over an operating temperature range of -45°C to 60°C, making it indispensable for drones flying in extremely cold conditions. Its contacts are made in a gold-to-gold configuration, ensuring high quality and stable signal transmission. The housing is made of stainless steel for high strength and corrosion resistance to effectively protect the internal structure, with operating speeds up to 0-300 rpm to meet various flight speed requirements.
