Recently, JINPAT has developed a hybrid contact ring with multiple channels that can transmit power, signal and gas. This integrated slip ring is a very complex product as it has 36 pneumatic channels. This is quite rare in the slip ring market. Another thing to look at is the electrical box. The integrated electrical slip ring is relatively small. But the voltage of the power ring reaches up to 1200V. What’s more, the 100Mbps Ethernet link is integrated with the power supply. This hybrid slip ring has an exquisite structure and therefore eliminates the influence of strong electricity on weak electrical signals. This hybrid pneumatic electric hybrid slip ring is a symbol of JINPAT’s technical strength and advanced manufacturing technology.

Pneumatic hybrid slip ring JINPAT LPT000-3205-048S-16QA

The pneumatic unit of the hybrid swivel joint is highly integrated. This poses a great challenge to the production process. The stator side of the pneumatic module is 766 mm, and JINPAT decided to use a three-section assembly to solve this problem. With the pivot side being only 76mm, it is very difficult to punch 36 holes in such a limited space. Not to mention accurately connecting them to the channels on the stator side. JINPAT Electronic with its experienced and skilled technical team made it possible.

This hybrid pneumatic electric hybrid slip ring has the code LPPL-36A-0106-1502-0301-E2. The actual length of this hybrid pivot joint is 842 and the maximum outside diameter is 220 mm. The electric pivot has a diameter of 110 mm and a length of 285 mm. Considering the large number of gas channels, it has a modular design. From rotor side to stator side, you can see 3 cylinders in decreasing sizes.
