The amusement park industry is a recreational industry based on a modern industrial facility. This industry entertains people with its exciting facilities. Amusement parks around the world attract visitors and people keep coming back for the laughter and screams they provide. And many entertainment venues need rotating transmission of both power and signals, which is why slip rings need to be installed. Among the slip rings designed for entertainment facilities, there are models based on capsule slip rings and through slip rings for small to medium-sized facilities. And for larger installations with higher power requirements, JINPAT also has high volume slip rings specifically designed for them. Customised slip rings for large entertainment facilities are integrated slip rings for carbon brushes. These slip rings consist of a power module and a signalling module. The power module is a carbon brush slip ring that withstands high voltage and provides high power, while the signalling module integrates small sized signalling slip rings.
Now we will look at a few typical customised carbon brush slip rings. To start with, the LPA000-03300-02150-0230- E3 is a large current ring. The power supply has 3 channels of 300A and 2 channels of 150A, while the signal module combines 2 channels of 30A and 1 channel of Gigabit Ethernet. This is a typical slip ring compatible with computer signals. The operating voltage reaches 380VAC. The technical challenge is to eliminate interference between signals and power. JINPAT Electronics, with its high technical strength and sufficient experience, has managed to solve this problem and developed high current slip rings without interference, which ensures reliable and safe power and signal transmission.
The aforementioned slip ring has 5 channels in the power supply, and JINPAT Electronics has another solution with the same operating voltage but with high power. The model is coded LPA000-14500-1250-0902- 02E3. You can also see that there are 2 gigabit Ethernet links. It carries more current, and to make this possible, this large current slip ring has a much larger volume. It has a diameter of 520mm and to serve 14 500A channels it is 2295mm high. Those of LPA000-03300-02150-0230- E3 are 380mm and 390mm respectively.
In addition to the two slip ring patterns, JINPAT Electronics also has a slip ring with a smaller pattern. JINPAT LPT000-03200-0415-0802- E3 is a slip ring with a through hole height of 324 mm and a diameter of 135 mm. There are 3 200A power channels and the carbon brush operates on 380VAC. The weak electric signal part integrates 4 15A channels and 8 2A channels and 1 gigabit Ethernet channel. Among them, 2A channels support mixed power and signal transmission.
