JINPAT high frequency slip rings are divided into two series. The single channel IPCC series has a smaller diameter and is usually equipped with capsule slip rings with small holes. When using 75 Ohm coaxial cable, this series of slip rings can be used to transmit high-definition SDI video signals, and currently the highest supported signal is 12G-SDI.When replacing the cable with 50 Ohm coaxial cable, this series of high-frequency slip rings can also transmit RF signals. However, due to its small size, it can only support RF signals with a maximum peak power of 3 kW. The other series of high frequency slip rings, IPHF, has a larger capacity and can support RF signal transmission with a maximum peak power of 30 kW.
LPCC series high-frequency slip rings can be integrated with 75 ohm cables and converted into slip rings for high-definition SDI video transmission. These products typically use capsule slip rings or slip rings with small through holes, with the exception of the standard LPC-1C series high-frequency integrated slip rings developed from the LPC-T series products. When using LPCC high-frequency slip rings integrated with 75 ohm cables, whether they are hollow shafts or capsules, they can be configured for equipment requiring video transmission. These devices include large stabilising platforms for high-definition auxiliary cameras and spherical rotating high-definition outdoor CCTV cameras, as well as electro-optical turrets and machine vision equipment mounted on some weapon systems.
The LPHF series high frequency slip rings have a wider range of applications. The most typical applications include rotating panel radar and some specialised medical devices. High frequency slip rings used in medical devices have fixed ranges, while high frequency integrated slip rings used in radar applications must be equipped with slip rings that support the appropriate wavelengths.
JINPAT updates its integrated IPCC and LP HF HF slip ring products every year to meet the needs of most major application terminals in HD video and RF signal transmission. All HF slip ring products are independently developed and manufactured by JINPAT, and some HF slip ring models already lead the world in some indicators. This ensures that the input high-frequency integrated slip rings not only provide high feed rate, but also guarantee quality.
